1. Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors provides custom measuring, manufacturing, installation, and re-meshing services for aluminium fly screens, retractable screens, and security doors. These services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Measurements and Customization: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements for the screens and doors. Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors will not be held liable for any inaccuracies or issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. All screens and doors are custom-made according to the measurements provided. No responsibility will be accepted for delays caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

3. Product Variations: Due to the custom nature of our products, there may be slight variations in colour, size, and design compared to the samples or images shown. Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors will make reasonable efforts to match the requested specifications as closely as possible.

4. On acceptance of the quote provided by Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions when engaging with Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors and availing their products and services.

5. Installation: Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors will carry out the installation of the screens and doors at the customer's premises. The customer must ensure that the installation area is accessible and ready for installation. Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors may request that any additional work required to prepare the area for installation, such as removal of existing screens or doors, electrical or structural modifications, will be the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement. Customer is responsible for advising the installer regarding the location of any water pipes, electrical wiring or any other obstructions that could cause damage or could create an unsafe environment.

6. Re-meshing Existing Doors and Screens: Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors offers re-meshing services for existing doors and screens. The customer acknowledges that the durability and appearance of the re-meshed product may vary depending on the condition and age of the existing frame. Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the re-meshing of existing doors and screens.

7. Payment Terms: The customer agrees to pay the full amount as quoted by Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors for the products and services rendered. A deposit may be required before work can commence, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation or re-meshing. Payment methods accepted will be specified by Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors. Payment of invoice balance is due on day of installation or delivery of goods. In the event of non-payment the customer will be liable for all legal costs incurred by us recovering debt.

8. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made by the customer must be communicated in writing to Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors. If cancellation occurs after the manufacturing process has started, the customer may be responsible for covering the costs incurred up to that point. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors.

9. Warranty: Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors provides a warranty on the manufacturing and installation of its products. The specific warranty terms for different products can be outlined to the customer upon completion of the installation or re-meshing. Any warranty claims must be reported to Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors within the designated warranty period.

10. Maintenance and Care: The customer is responsible for regular maintenance and care of the screens and doors according to the instructions provided by Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors. Failure to properly maintain the products may void the warranty.

11. Liability: Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use, installation, or maintenance of its products unless it is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the company. The liability of Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors shall be limited to the value of the products and services provided.

12. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and patents, associated with Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors and its products are owned by the company. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

13. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Hawkeye Screens and Security Doors regarding the supply of products and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
